Inspired by my artsy-sweety friend Aimhleas over at http://aimhleas.blogspot.com/ , I tried my hand at carving a stamp. This is the result. It was easier than I thought, and harder than it looks. I definitely want to explore that further !

well, I doodled the little Goddess, then traced it onto tracing paper and rubbed it onto the stamping material (a lowly eraser) Then I carved out the spaces with carving tools. And Voila! a stamp was born.
